I've said before that if the team gave more details about delays, like they are doing now, people would be more understanding. Guess I was wrong.

CyberPanel is a good example of what fast development and a company that doesn't value quality gets you. Enhance could immediately release after the SSO bugfix with the attitude of "the only code we changed is SSO related so it can't affect anything else" but that would be CyberPanel quality.

Now, if the new release is full of bugs THEN you should lose trust in them.

JohnB I can confirm Cyberpanel really sucks and i rather have delay and communication than headache with customers or with myself in the backend

Unlike you, I'm a programmer and I develop software and the like. The problem here is not that I know that development takes time but rather frustrating launch promises to which we promise reluctance to customers and simply everything is thrown away with a single warning from the ENHANCE team when it comes to the fact that it will be necessary to postpone again. I say this because of the promised plesk import system that was created in July last year, to which Adam himself informed that the next version would be released and since then 2 versions have been released and no update for the importer. Note that the basic thing was to have an Enhance > Enhance importer and that doesn't even exist. We waited all this time for the plesk import system and it was never launched and we don't even hear any warnings about it, we will only launch one soon.

What's missing here is communication from the team itself, enhancing transparency, which doesn't exist.

not to mention non-existent system LOGS such as import errors from existing importers, etc.

The fighting seems to be endless, but I want to reiterate one thing here regardless.

See if the tool helps you at the current state and decide to invest. Investing in something based on the features promised to arrive in the future only results in disappointment more often than not, unless you are directly owning a piece of the pie where you can steer the development in your direction.

manu i wanted to say something like not even 5min ago, despite that I deleted it, cause it seemed not useful.

But since you posted this, yes I agree. We decided to go live with rest of our users with version 11 cause it enough already. Of course, there are many features we need and have to use RunCloud bacuse of, but that's fine in meantime.

manu 100% - we switched and already with over 100 client websites. So much better than what we used before and I am looking forward to future updates but more than happy with what I have now! 😇

In my opinion, version 12.0.0 will definitely be released this week, so stop crying... Once 12.0.0 is out, the implementation of new features will be much smoother. Adam can even respond to tickets late at night he's a machine. The update will likely be tomorrow or Thursday. Calm down...

I get how frustrating it is when a crucial feature for your business is missing, but you’ve already been patient for so long, now that we’re this close, it makes sense to hang on just a little longer. v12 isn’t months away anymore, it’s just days or maybe weeks. We’re almost there!

You contradict yourself within 3 hours of each post but either he is being transparent (which he was) or he isn't make your mind up.

I'm sure as a self-claimed programmer, your code has always meant on-time deployment and you've always been transparent with a customer base half made up of petulant children.

mmhospedagem Enhance has rebuilt the entire architecture, which is why all new features have been postponed to a new plan. Once they release version 12.0.0, they will start implementing new features.

Seems we have some WebPros infiltrators here dispensing FUD lol. We're a couple years into Enhance now, waiting for v12 to drop to continue migrating cPanel. We've already migrated over 500 already, and @Adam puts up with my tickets (many of which seems I've missed something easy) with speed and patience. This is a night and day difference from cPanel/WebPros support.

I wasn't rude to anyone here on the forum, I just gave my opinion on what I think of the Enhance system.

I have some sites on the panel divided into 8 servers, stuck in Enhance because there is no migrator to another panel that facilitates such migration. When we migrated to Enhance, we migrated because of the promise of ease of management that the panel brought (and it does), but as I said above, what is lacking is the lack of commitment to the consumer, which in this case (IT'S ME).

What I reported and what makes me discouraged about the Enhance system, which I have already reported to Adam, is exactly the lack of the improved Plesk importer, which is delaying migrations to the panel and simply generating unnecessary costs with WebPros licenses (Plesk).

I don't care if you are a programmer or not, what matters to me are the false promises made about update releases that are not kept...

We have been waiting for exactly 8 months for the good will of the Enhance team to release a Plesk importer at server level instead of a file-by-file backup, and the wait is frustrating when they say it is ready but will only be released in a next FULL update of the panel. If a migration tool is not necessary for you, it is necessary for others. Especially when this tool causes you unnecessary additional costs.

Being transparent does not mean arriving on the day of the update release and saying that you will not release it because you found a BUG, but rather planning to fix the entire system and release it on the scheduled day. Being transparent and informing the client that an alpa, beta, beta of beta version will be launched in 2 months and not simply arriving on the launch day when everyone plans, organizes, notifies clients about maintenance and this maintenance simply does not occur, this does not only leave us, Enhance clients, frustrated but also the end client (Hosting Client).

My frustration is exactly this.

mmhospedagem to me the fact that a bug found on the release date, it's also looking bad....
They been testing for so long and had so many mouths to polish it such bugs specially in the UI shouldn't happen on the release date .

Anyway my vote is that not even today we will receive the update

Just think if they released v12 on time and that bug was found after it was released. It would be just as bad as half of this topic. It's simple..... if you are unhappy move along to another panel, if you don't like the delays move along to another panel.

Just be grateful how much time and effort has gone into the v12 release,

If I wanted to see arguing and name calling I'd go on Facebook. If they need an extra day or days then so be it.

I understand that bugs can happen and that software development takes time and effort. However, the issue here is not just the delay, but the lack of transparency and commitment to the promised deadlines. Companies that rely on the panel need to plan their operations, and constant delays without clear communication generate costs and frustration for us and our customers.

If the team had informed us from the beginning that it would take 8 months to properly release the Plesk Importer or other updates, the expectation would be different. But when promises are made and broken repeatedly, it affects the credibility of the platform.

Changing the panel is not a simple solution when you already have infrastructure and customers running on it. The least that is expected is clear and respectful communication with those who keep the system alive: the users.

Imagine that you going on your bank to ask for a credit, that you need it, and they tell you that you will receive it tomorrow, at 2 PM, and when you come back tomorrow to take your money, they postpone you over and over again ? How do you feel ? This is how any company builds trust. But how would you feel if you go to the same bank and ask for a credit / loan , and they tell you to come back in 3 months, and you go back after those 3 months and you receive your money, with no postpone or delay, exactly when they said you will receive it. Or lets imagine something else, you take your car to the mechanic, for some repairs, and you let your family knows that the car its at repair service, and the mechanic tells you, that you can come back for your car in 1 week, and you tell your family that in one week you will have your car ready in one week, but when you go back to pick up your car, the mechanic tells you, that he discovered that you have a screw that needs to be squeezed more and you need to come back tomorrow, and tomorrow it tells you that he also discovered that your car lock system does not work ok... and you need to wait 1 more week, and after that he says that he discovered something else that needs to be repaired, how does this looks for you ?
