cPFence Sorry, I don’t mean to interfere with your sales thread. I understand that sometimes people here express themselves in a way that might not come across well, but that doesn’t mean they’re not mostly right in what they’re saying. I’m not accusing the Enhance team of lying, but it’s clear they’ve struggled with communication and follow-through, and I believe even they are aware of that.
I truly respect the hard work you and the Enhance team put in, but I also ask that you try to understand why people in this community are upset. Instead of blaming someone for driving people away, maybe consider why they’re speaking out in the first place. Encourage transparency from the Enhance team … that’s how trust is built, and that’s how good business is done.
And if you think people’s comments here might lead others to form a negative impression of cPFence, like the customer you mentioned, then show them how you’re different. Show it by engaging with those who criticize your product, by listening to their feedback, and by having conversations … not by shutting them down out of fear that it’ll hurt your image. Maybe that wasn’t your intention, but that’s how it comes across to me.
Again, I apologize for jumping in here, but I’ve seen enough in this community to feel like this needed to be said.
