SuperMicro reliable? Any experience

Hello, as I am looking into right hardware. I come to this product 3u 10node server which I think is best to start up straight with 10x servers however. Is anyone happy with supermicro are they reliable any issues somebody here that had with them ?
Particularly this model MicroCloud A+ Server AS -3015MR-H10TNR .

Kosta Our server hardware is all SuperMicro, hardware nodes using Virtualizor KVM. For what that's worth.

Hardware is solid, we have a few year old grandtwins that have been problem free.
Support isn't as robust as Dell.

SuperMicro is well known as being an extremely reliable hardware provider. I've used them and never had any issue that wasn't caused by an idiot (me) playing with the bios.

We use SuperMicro hardware for all our in-house built SAN and NAS devices. Uber reliable - we have some machines going back 8 years with no failures other than normal HD/SSD wear and replacement.

I can say the same for our Dell and HP equipment, however...

However, getting service from SM is a bit more challenging at times...

Is supermicro a provider?

Never had problems with SM, even had a couple of really old ones that iKVM was stuck on an EOL Java... of course behind VPN + ACL so not an issue for it BMC, but always been solid.

Wasn't Colossus that new AI 100K H200 Setup for Elon Musk all SM? I know they got some board troubles (directors, not mb's), but as a business I'd say there still doing fine.
