WHMCS Vote for better module
- Edited
freehosting22 I had this error or similar recently, but I don’t think it was because of whmcs I think I tried to provision account without domain when I changed my cluster but didn’t look further into it yet.
Use to work fine on 8.12 whmcs

I will make a video: Using latest v12 with both WHMCS and Upmind, when creating an account I get the same error: resulted in a 400 Bad Request
response: Json deserialize error: expected value at line 1 column 1.
I thought that this error is only when using WHMCS but also with Upmind appears the same error.
freehosting22 I had 403 error other day…
freehosting22 yours control panel behind cloudflare ?

Kosta
Hi, for control panel I'm using a domain from Namecheap with their premium dns.
I'm using Cloudflare on a domain where is installed WHMCS, but is the same error also with Upmind on a subdomain from Upmind, error:
"This product has unresolved provision requests requiring attention:
Create Account: API Request Failed [400]"
Are you using WHMCS with Enhance v12?
freehosting22 yes I am with whmcs but recently I moved to cloudflare the domains and I moved all websites to completely new cluster so I am looking to use again composer and if issues still there to dig a bit into cloudflare
my error currently is:
customers/5/subscriptionsresulted in a
404 Not Found` response: UUID parsing failed: invalid length: expected length 32 for simple format, found 1

why we need to vote at whmcs for this module at all when Enhance states this from years!!!
'This module is managed by the Enhance team. Please report any bugs to support@enhance.com.
This module is a work in progress and will be extended to provide further functionality.'
Kosta It would be best if WHMCS, like many other billing systems (inc Upmind, ClintExec, Hostbill etc) own and manage their own integration.
Aliysa_Enhance Very true, but I am doubtful that WHMCS will implement their own integration without more votes/stronger need for the module.

freehosting22 right.
i dig into this
404 error was my mistake as i input orgID when i shouldnt!
and now all works!
i sucefully created user and package but i had 400 error only when i didnt put a domain name!
so seems my whmcs works now...
Aliysa_Enhance Well, one might hope for that, however, not sure WebPros investors would see it that way in the long run....
kite they would decline the votes straight away if doesn’t make sense for them.
They will loose if they decline to make the integration!
And they can only win if they make it.
Actually currently we are on the top so soon we should have reply from whmcs if all of you keeping voting.
If someone here can’t wait, copy enhance whmcs module and send it for quote to modulesgarden or your development team. They will do it for couple days weeks…
Kosta If you can read documentation, you can fetch the information from both sides, feed it to AI and build your integration in a day. However, this is not something sustainable.
The same is for quick development. You will lack scalability, testing from different angles, security patches.
I am by no means an expert, but for the last 5 years I have been in system administration in the hosting industry, I have not met a company, that does not rely on it's inhouse developers to fork/workaround modules garden plugins.
That being said, I do hope for better integration, as WHMCS is my preffered tool for now and have done my upvotes. Just sharing my thoughts.
Kosta We used ModulesGarden in the past for custom Interworx/Smartermail integrations... and the same for Plesk/SmarterMail
I like them, but they are very picky after the sale and module creation, that some "obvious thing" is outside the scope of the original work. So, if you do this, be SURE to spell out EVERYTHING in minute detail in the project scope and details section of the contract.
Also, the yearly maintenance fee on custom work (to keep it integrated with the inevitable progress of Enhance) can be costly.
No gripes with their work overall.
Hello April,
Can we vote again please
