They (Centralnic) made a https://github.com/centralnicgroup-opensource/rtldev-middleware-blesta - Not sure what it includes though - Never used it myself! If not you could open an issue, Adding SSL provisioning wouldn't be a big task for them if they know the demand is there!

Kosta You are certainly wrong here, https://requests.whmcs.com/idea/dependent-configurable-options this would have been a gem if they had done it, and not Shit! as you say it. There are so many use cases where this is extremely important. But I think I will skip explaining here.
Not sure if they even look that system at WHMCS, it's just full of spam all over the ideas.
...maybe some competitors will do.
