twest Could also just require having an Enhance billing account. Why would you be here if you aren't using Enhance anyway.

Everyone here knows exactly how to get around an IP ban lol. But make every account cost essentially $5 and the problem is solved.

I do like the automoderator idea but you have to prevent duplicate accounts or its just abused.

@Aliysa_Enhance we need an ignore user feature for annoying feature requesters and trolls.

If we don't have the ability to ignore troll users & stop/ban duplicate accounts, don't be surprised when things become less than professional.

Seems nothing is stopping us all from just creating alt accounts and picking fights with users we don't like.

JohnB We're rolling with fairly basic functionality at the moment. An 'ignore' or similar feature is a good idea and I'll look into it.

xyzulu Yeah I was put in timeout yesterday creating a thread in the third party section lol. Aliysa moved it (legitimately because I chose the wrong forum) and locked it, and cPFence advised me to use tickets for questions like this. I figure public conversations enhance enhance with public answers. Oh well, back to tickets for me now.

cPFence is a third party product (paid). I think you should use their support for support of their product rather than these forums.
