Odd way to attempt to establish credibility by emphasizing your [extensive experience]. The tone comes off as dismissive and condescending. You're directly implying that your opinion matters more than others.
I know plenty of seasoned professionals who are narrow-minded and outdated in their approach. Years of experience != knowing better than others.
Everyone — whether they’ve been in the field for a year or two decades — can contribute to the conversation, and in my opinion, it's important to keep the tone open and welcoming for those seeking help or trying to learn. (Wether you personally believe they are trying to learn or not)
