I understand that you’ve had issues, but in our experience, it’s been the complete opposite, my admins are loving it. Almost half the manual work they used to do is now handled automatically by Enhance and our bulk tools. Maybe it’s just a difference in business models.
I do have some clients who didn’t like Enhance’s UI, so we had to move them to a cPanel server to keep them happy. As for price increases similar to cPanel, that would only be possible if Enhance somehow managed to monopolize the market the way cPanel did. If a control panel raises prices insanely without that kind of dominance, clients will simply move elsewhere.
And for that unlikely scenario to even happen, it would probably take a decade or two. I’ll probably be retired or deceased by then, so for now, I’ll just enjoy the product!.
