Can we have a dedicated Thread locked, and only you can add comments, about known issues and how to fix them, this way anyone want to upgrade and have faced a known issue can just look at that thread and save you some support time, because in this thread there is lot of comments and hard to track them all.

I have noticed the same issue, I also am unable to update reseller branding images I get a failed to upload file error. I have submitted a ticket.
