slimx I run every command but my old backups are not restorable via UI. Support confirm me this is a know bug. Now i'm recreating new ones and in a few day i'll create a new backup server, hoping to solve the backup situation for the future. I can live with less backups for a few days, not a big deal.

Even the backup hours are not respected: my backup are at 00:00 and 12:00 and the backups started at 06:00, others at 10:00, and i didn't selected those hours in the service settings. There are some homeworks to do.

Other than backup, v12 is great, consume a lot less and works great, but backup need to be fixed.

slimx I love enhance team and I'm always sincere, it would be false to say that it is not the most logical thing, but i think they remove backups from logs to try to hide those problems 🤐

As for the v12 upgrade (I am still on hold), I was wondering if anyone noticed any issues with the following features (that I tend to use a lot), after the latest updates:

Remote SSH access for the website user through SSH keys
Cron job related issues
Mail SSL certificate issues when connecting through Gmail/Outlook using SMTP/POP3/IMAP
DKIM / DMARC / other DNS issues

Since many here use external Mail services and I don't, I wonder if I would potentially face issues there that have not been spotted yet.

slimx It spits out all the useradd and chown commands. The problem is when i ran these... it just say there doing nothing.

I ended the process and it spat this out: Am i supposed to NOT run useradd? and just do chown or something?

Run all the useradd commands first to make sure all the users are there. When running the chown commands, check disk I/O. It can take a looong time if there's a lot of backups with a lot of files per backup. If you have 100+ users (so 100+ different chown commands), it could take a long time, so best to run them 1-by-1 or at least in batches instead of in one massive command.

And yes, /backups was the default, but if it's /mnt/blockstorage for you, then that's the command to run.

I have a server with them; it's good and efficient. However, their support is terrible... it's very weak, and sometimes you have to wait several days for a response.

wenani NetCup has newer hardware (components, DDR5, etc.), while Avoro has slightly worse components but better support.

Yeah I ran everything as stated, but then realised you still can't restore the backups I could only "see" them.
So i got pissed off and just created a new backup server. I still have my S3 backups if for some reason someone needs an old backup.

I got hosthatch for the storage server, very cheap, sydney location too.

Pure-ftpd TLS config. Run systemctl restart pure-ftpd after applying this update.
Corrected suggested file name for Plesk SCP upload from .tar to .tar.gz.

Customer contributed translation corrections for Czech language pack.
Additional directories hidden from customer website containers.
v12-upgrade will now wait longer for apt lock when converting MySQL server.
Tighter permissions on importer directory on control panel server.

i just created a new server and backups don't want to start T_T checked from 15:00 to 20:00, now at 16:20 no backups are started...
