After some days i can do my small review.
Update process: 10/10
Very easy upgrade, barely no downtimes, no errors, can't say nothing about it.
v12 version 8/10
v12 is better in almost every way of v11. My usage (cpu and ram) are decresed, even GB are few less. Panel is so snappy now and the structure is solid and more comfortable, even things like simply rebooting are now faster (just restore the backup logs, please). My only problems were about backups: we tried to fix it with support, but in the end we create a new server and than i had no issue at all, just the backup hours are not respected, but we can workaroud this, waiting for a fix.
Overall experience for me is a 9/10, if they had told me to redo the backup server at the same time as the upgrade I would have saved a lot of time and all the major problems would have obviously gone away. Last thing: i'm not using enhance mail, so i cannot say nothing about that service.
Wish the best for your upgrades, and hope Enhance team will continue with patches cause we need small little fixes and the SUPERDUPER move function 🙂
