For us: on the Enhance side: 10/10
From our side: 8/10 due to our old backup servers being too full, which is not the fault of Enhance. It was a minor hiccup, we unmounted the /backups partition on each one, then "moved" backup sites to our new backup servers (no historical backup data) and finally decommissioned and removed the old ones. They are now stored safely in case we need any data from them.
New backups are already being generated, and we have tested backup/restore on a number of sites and can report it is working well.
We had one other small issue with a "stuck" decommissioned server, and Adam answered very quickly with resolution (we forgot to delete the service domain on that server).
