gmakhs I agree. We used them for several years, both virtualizor and softaculous. They could literally never get the billing correct. Constantly had to monitor invoices, charges and such.
Bricked backup servers were a big problem, so no reliable restoration of VM...
Bricked backups of Softactulous installed sites (if using softaculous backups) - about 3/10 sites had this issue after only a short while.
When we moved our infrastructure from Proxmox to virtualizor, many problems came to us. We finally moved back to XCP-ng (we had utilized XenServer prior to ProxMox).
I have nothing bad to say about ProxMox, we simply prefer XCP-ng.
