Service Unavailable for Laravel Application

I Just created a new subdomain and configured the new Laravel App and added changed the .env file accordingly and setup the root directory to public. Now i browsing site i got
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Restarted the Apache Server through terminal (because the Enhance panel Graceful and Force Restart option are not working) still got same message.

Is any one give me solution how to resolve this issue?

EthickS give the proper.permisions to the public folders (even the ones used through symlink, it's an error that exist since 2 years ago with enhance ) , you will have it each time you migrate a website or doing backup restore .

gmakhs Did proper permission bro to storage and public and public storage but still same issue.
