Aliysa_Enhance as a small business entering a mature market with dominant market leaders our focus is on winning and retaining users. And, we understand to do this we need to build a product people want to use, which has feature parity, 0 bugs, flawless UX and excellent support (this is no easy task and arguably hasn't been achieved by anyone yet).
Completely agree! not gonna lie that managing this product is no easy task and honestly there's nothing as easy in this industry..
But, please do also look from user's pov as well, there are few bugs (very handful) which needs attention like backups timing bug, backups are not honoring retention settings bug, 'Your account setup' banner not dismissing bug, nameserver warning when using DNS externally and there's some features like backup browsing for non-deleted sites, cloudflare two way sync, better junk/log management to keep disk usage tidy and neat, better DNS management for sub-domain as a website, dignostic tool etc. and probably more (other users may have already mentioned)

I'm sorry but 'To winning and retaining users in mature market with dominant market leaders' enhance will need to fix some ground level things, we as a 'small' business unfortunately can not bring our FULL production load to enhance currently as we know exactly what user look for in hosting management..
When non critical or unuseful for maintaining hosting business features are getting priority over these then users are definitely gonna be disappointed.. but as users we can just put our opinions and its upto enhance to consider it or not...
