gmakhs The plan remains the same, we will be pushing releases with a combination of both features and bug fixes / UI & UX improvements.
The backup bug fix in the latest release caused high support load so was prioritised over others. The 'Under development' section on the roadmap highlights only features. Following recent discussions, we have decided against maintaining a public bug list because:
- Reports do not easily translate into the issue users are facing and bugs may go unreported as a user could easily associate the behaviour they are seeing with a logged bug.
I don't want to feed into the narrative of us (being forum users) vs them ("big players") because truthfully I don't think its helpful but what I will say is, as a small business entering a mature market with dominant market leaders our focus is on winning and retaining users. And, we understand to do this we need to build a product people want to use, which has feature parity, 0 bugs, flawless UX and excellent support (this is no easy task and arguably hasn't been achieved by anyone yet).
