Did anyone had the issue of email and website backup showing seperatelly after upgrading on v12?

gmakhs this happens because the app and email servers are separate and now each server initiate backups on their own.

gmakhs I guess this is the new normal. When you have it all in one server it shows as it was on pre v12

If I remember correctly, this was already fixed using:
ecp update-http-disabled-status
But I’m not 100% sure, so it’s best to double-check with Enhance first.
gmakhs maybe some of your websites are only doing file backups, not email accounts. In that case, you should run
v12-upgrade update-all-website-backup-locations
on the control panel.
It seems that is the new normal if you are on different servers
I had a ticket where this was brought up and is the new normal in v12. Email appears as an separate entity in the list of backups.
