Litespeed don't publish a package for the commercial version so when we install that it gets installed from their official install script. I think it might be that the OpenLiteSpeed package was still installed during the switch to LiteSpeed and when the automatic upgrade ran it overwrote the commercial LiteSpeed files.
We will try to recreate this issue, we can probably mitigate it. We might be able to ask LiteSpeed for permission to redistribute their software as a package so we can make OpenLiteSpeed an explicit conflict.
In the meantime if you run "apt remove openlitespeed" this should ensure that it's totally gone from your system. Then run "appcd-cli change-webserver lite-speed" to ensure litespeed is reinstated.
