Toast Messages should disappear [LOGGED]

The team is small, I personally believe the focus has been on the major rewrite! I am not considering moving, I do have faith that they can begin a better and faster process now they're over the hill!

My only complaint would be the lesser transparancy of the roadmap.... but if it were me dealing with the v12 nonsense here, I'd have shut the forum down to be totally honest! BUT anyone who has taken an interest can piece together what's gone within the company and hopefully things start falling into place now the bigger pucture tasks are dealt with!

Obviously too small. Obviously new developers will not improve the speed of major features or rewrites but they learn the codebase on the simpler stuff.

JohnB Yeah people don't appreciate the scale of v12 imo! I'd say give it a year and re-assess! People like to complain..... 🙂

blestaclub I appreciate the scale but most of the UI bugs existed long before they got busy with v12. If the slow fixes only started after v12 I'd be a lot more patient.

xyzulu there is no way to know if Enhance has logged this internally or not.. if they don't respond here, I would open a ticket and report it.

Very good point and good suggestion. Its very unfortunate that I can't be bothered to do that when I can just complain here.

But seriously I don't think its a bug, but just how the toast messages haven't been coded to disappear. Do they disappear for you and its just me?

The left hand ones do disappear as I recall.. but I know I have seen them at times not..
The right hand.. ie upload messages, do not disappear from the particular website file manager.. but navigating away, they are no longer seen (until you come back to the same website file manager). I'm all confused about it now as well 😃

I agree, bug fixing on Enhance is slow as hell, and that’s something that really needs to be addressed and improved, hopefully sooner than later. But I always try to focus on the big, important things, and Enhance gets those right. Other panels might be faster with bug fixes and more active in forums, but they often miss the bigger picture and charge a lot more. Enhance isn’t perfect, but honestly, what is?

JohnB I’ve managed to recreate this on database > upload. I’ve logged it as an issue and will do an audit to help catch any other lagging toasts.

Aliysa_Enhance please try to audit copy paste function on mobile device as I cannot do it sometimes and when we do swipe page to see bottom files we mistakenly marking and moving files into other folders etc need to be updated mobile functionality.
Ideally we need to be able to see some buttons to paste once we copy!
