Kosta I might as well provide a general answer plus our specific case.
Generally 10Gbps is costly more than 10x of what 1Gbps. Much more. 25 or 100 Gbps is no just 25x or 100x. These connectiona does not scale up. And of course you pay per specific provider and place where your DC is.
What's more, there is price to be LIR. Because why would you want connection. This cost us with RIPE around 2000 eur a year. Ipv4 /24 (256 IPs) for us was 9300 eur. And RIPE requires 2 separate up links (two different providers).
Now for our case. We are in Prague / czechia (next to Germany, central Europe). We have 2x1Gbps with Vodafone which is pretty cheap 130 Eur a month. We also have DDoS protection for extra.
Then there is our second provider with 2x10 Gbps. We could not pay for whole, so we pay base 95 % for 100 Mbps for 50 Eur a month. If we go over, we pay by multiplier. If you calculate the whole 10Gbps, it is 5000 eur for 1x10 Gbps.
We were offered shared 2x10 Gbps for 250 eur a month by DC.
We also did quite extensive research all over the world and the cost depends su much.
