Since I've been meaning to upgrade from 12.1.0 for a while now, when I saw the minor version update and a few changes that I actually needed in the previous minor and patch versions, I decided to go for it.
Thankfully apart from the clearly stated mariadb 404 repository issue, the upgrade went smooth all the way to 12.4.0.
I even accidentally upgraded my App+DB server first instead of the CP, but still everything worked fine in the end with minimum to no downtime.
I can also confirm that the File Manager editor finally supports greek characters, that were previously converted to question marks (????) when saving, completely messing up some html content and data files.
Something I've noticed is that when browsing the panel sometimes I got a blank page and had to reload it to display the content. After clearing out my browser cookies and cache I haven't seen that happening again.
