Can not add Application role in new server

I followed these directions https://enhance.com/docs/server-management/adding-servers.html
Added a new service.

I opened ports 80/443/22/21/3389.

My operating system is Ubuntu 22.04 64-bit and my version is Installed version 12.4.0.

I Can not add Application role in new server

kim i suggest you use ubuntu 24.04

I had a similar issue with adding new roles to a new server. This may not be the same for you, but go into servers, then click the server in question, then go to the Server IP address

For me, it had set the IPv6 IP in the IPv4 spot when I sorted them out, the roles installed fine after that

Yes, setting the correct IPs (ipv4 and ipv6) in:

/servers/edit/<server_id>#serverIpAddress

Should fix this issue if nothing else is wrong.
