Reviewing some of the posts and comments, it is not always clear who is speaking from a place of authority on behalf of Enhance. As the forum grows, so will the problem. It is important to be able to distinguish between knowledge answers from employees, reasonable guesses from experienced users, or misguided copy/paste from chatgpt.
This could be accomplished by adding _Enhance to the user's name and preventing non-employees from registering with that as part of their username. If the forum system supports it, maybe use a little badge icon.
