Difference between 'suspend' a website and 'disable' a website?

I've tried searching for this but not found anything discussing it.

In the websites list, there is an option for disabling a website and also suspending a website. What is the difference between these two options?

I don’t see a suspend option in the Enhance interface myself. Only a disable or delete option. Where is this option?

You can suspend customer owned websites.

Past what is described in the modals, suspension has grandfathering built in so, if the Master organisation 'suspends' a website which belongs to a Reseller's customer, the Reseller will not be able to 'Unsuspend' the site.

CloudyBlake I do not see the suspend option myself. I can't explain it.

xyzulu I’m not sure if you missed my message above but you can only suspend websites which sit under a customers account. If the website is added under your account this functionality will not be available.

as a MO when you disable a website for a customer he can re-enable it. when u suspend it he cannot unsuspend it.

thats how i understand it.
