Just wanted to vent a little. I've been a lurker here for quite a few months and finally decided to go with Enhance instead of cPanel. Just as I was going to buy my license it seems that Upmind is experiencing issues and is down, so I can't buy my license and I imagine no existing clients can manage their licenses or Enhance accounts.
Let this be a lesson why you should never trust you client or billing portal to a third party. It's one of the most important parts of your business, since if it's down, your clients can't buy anything from you or manage their existing accounts. Enhance is literally losing money right now and they can do little about it. If you are like me from just few months ago and were thinking to go with Upmind as your billing solution, don't.
