Enchance and Fail2Ban

Hey everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has come across a tutorial or guide on how to integrate Fail2Ban with Enchance?

Fail2Ban is great for blocking IPs after multiple failed login attempts or other suspicious behavior, and I believe integrating it with Enchance could significantly boost server security — especially for brute-force or abuse scenarios.

What I'm looking for:

Basic setup or connection steps between the two

Any known compatibility issues?

Whether Enchance provides any logs that Fail2Ban can monitor directly

If anyone has done something similar or has any tips, I’d really appreciate your input.

Try Crowdsec. It seems to work fine with v12. Does anyone have more information and use Crowdsec with v12?

AdamM I use crowdsec with V12. Everything is straightforward except the default web server logs parser.

The webserver logs are in a different format in enhance so I implemented a custom parser. That's the only caveat.

There is no known compatibility issue. We use Fail2ban to monitor logs with cPGuard and things are quite fine.
