I'm not in a panic, the S3 backups are largely for extra redundancy but no one likes to see backup errors...

We did face the same issues too when we were with Alpha VPS. Though we were just a few days. Once we moved back to our original hetzner dedicated machine with large HDD, all errors went away.

I have had this problem since today, and it now affects all sites. I am unable to make a backup.

DracoBlue And adding to their workload (re-opening old threads) is the solution? If Enhance isn't working for you and you can't deal with it.. just leave.. no need to create s big song and dance around it.

.. and yet you posted in 2 threads.... people who behave like you have in this thread push others away from what could be a far more constructive environment (this forum). You've been "away" for months.. and only come back to complain/moan etc.. yeah.. I know.. you want the product you are paying for..

I get in person you/me may not be the kind of person we come off to be on the internet.. so no offence intended.. but I have no energy to even want to help you with your issue when you are like this.

I’ve been on this forum for a long time and I’ve noticed your behavior and the way you try to tell people how they should act. I don’t know where exactly you’re from, but is your country a democracy or an autocracy? This is a forum, so discussion is encouraged and there’s freedom of speech. And since these topics already exist, I’m not duplicating anything I’m posting in the earlier threads. Simple as that.

I run a larger forum than this one myself, so I know what proper rules look like. If you want, ask Enhance to make you a moderator here, because it seems many things bother you. I’m talking about the product, and you’re talking about someone’s behavior and telling people what to do, which is completely off-topic and against the idea of this forum. You allow yourself to complain and grumble in different threads, but when someone else does it, suddenly you have a problem.

So get a grip, because you’re starting to irritate me.

Noted. I could do better.. feeling quite grumpy when I come to these forums hoping to learn/improve and have some discussions about things that really matter to me. I'm not at all against discussion.. maybe my definition is different to others. Perhaps I should stop visiting for my mental health. Sorry for upsetting you.

xyzulu Bug fixes should be handled outside of the ETA and treated as a priority. I reported this issue at the very start of the v12 release, ten months have passed and it still hasn’t been resolved. Bugs aren’t new features, and they should be gradually fixed in every release, but it’s clear that Enhance has a different approach. I’m not surprised people are complaining, because the whole situation looks odd. As far as I remember, you mentioned this yourself some time ago.

The forum is also a place to share opinions, not only to get help or learn something, which is why Enhance created the “general discussion” label in the first place. I understand that complaining can be annoying, but when the community isn’t being heard, this is what happens. It feels like the project is being steered by the big players and everything is built around their needs, unfortunately.

Perhaps, I don't disagree.. but you may be confusing being heard with being listened to. I think we have been heard.. but not all our needs/demands/wants are being addressed, I agree.

Still, might there be other ways to more cooperatively work together to make Enhance work better for ourselves even if it's not where any one of us individually want it to be?

xyzulu I don’t know. When you report an issue, wait ten months, and then hear there’s still no info on when the fix will be released, it makes you wonder. Will it be another ten months or ten years? It feels like after the roadmap change, Enhance barely listens to its users and we’re left in the dark more and more. v12 came out in February, the year is almost over, and not much has really happened in terms of development. That’s how I see it. and ten months have passed and I still have no idea when the bug will be fixed.
