I know backups on the new v12 is a little problematic, but for me they seem to be working well now. I'm new to Enhance. I've used various control panels, and have been in the hosting game for about 20 years, I really enjoy using Enhance. Currently I host about 10 personal sites and a couple of clients on it to test. I'll be migrating my other clients over soon.
A bad plugin upgrade on one of my sites made it die today. Even disabling that new plugin, WP still refused to work. Even disabling all the plugins couldn't bring it back. As a last resort, I restored a backup that and within seconds, it was done and the site was working again.
What I'm very pleased with is how quickly and easily that restoration process was. Additionally, the backups were hosted remotely on a different server. I've restored backups from local servers that took longer than that. Excellent work.
I know some are still having issues with the backup system, but I'm just so pleased with how it all worked.
