I personally don't know why catch-all email addresses were important to many of the other users. I personally have never ever needed it been requested to have one.

Or are they used for something I'm not aware of?

They seem.to prioritize some of user requests like catch all and nodejs

gmakhs Nah I saw a fair bit of posts demanding the feature so respect that they actaully did do it.
NodeJS is a no brainer.. it is modern, it is like being iOS compatible these days lol. I think it's great they are doing it.

But yeah my question wasn't for enhance more so the community as to why everyone wanted it

Is this on FTP card host should be IP address of server or host name of server showing there?

And I read something about SSL on to the IP address from let’s encrypt coming/ are we gonna be able to add SSL on to the IP address from server settings page etc maybe on some of the coming releases?
