Trying to get access to phpmyadmin as a customer and I get a blank page. Url says "https://pma.yourdomain/signon.php?sess="
I cannot access it even as admin.
Ideas on how to rectify this?
Dome Have you added the A record for that url?
Dome Have you changed any of the php.ini settings on the Control Panel server?
Perhaps you need to open a ticket? I've never seen auto created DNS records like you list on Enhance.. only a global phpmyadmin subdomain, see: https://enhance.com/docs/platform/platform-domains.html#phpmyadmin-domain
xyzulu Thought he was just putting a place holder there to hide the actual domain name...
Aliysa_Enhance I sure have done that. I've added a few, and I am not sure which one could be the culprit.
grradmin ahh.. you could be right. Anyway, a ticket might still be the best option here.
grradmin yes, yourdomain is a placeholder. I also got the A pointing to the subdomain for pma.
Dome It's usually the session save handler/path or memory limit. If you don't have any luck i'm afraid the best course of action may be to remove and re-add one by one.
Aliysa_Enhance Good catch! It was indeed the session save handler/path. I can log in to pma now.
I was hoping this was the root cause of FTP not working either as Filezilla keeps throwing econnrefused.
