IPv6 Support Not Supported (Control Panel's Domain Name)

Do I need to enable IPv6 for each cluster, or should I copy the IPv6 address from the server provider to enable it first? What exactly is missing?

Just get the IPv6 from your provider and add it in:
Main Enhance CP > Servers > find the server you want to edit > click the three dots in the top right > Server IP Address > add your IPv6.
If you’re using Cloudflare, ensure that the AAAA record is added there.

It should be **9a0a:4cc0:80:32fe::1 ? or without ::1 that is making me a bit confused.

Ignore the fe70::… address, it’s a link-local IPv6 used only inside the local network, not for public routing. The public range is 9a0a:4cc0:80:32fe::/64, and typically the first usable address is 9a0a:4cc0:80:32fe::1.
You can confirm your actual public IPv6 by running:
cpfence --server-status
