WWW does not redirect. Shows SSL insecure

Hi,

I have a website that uses the domain without the www, so just doman.com.

On Enhance CP I have the CNAME www pointing to the domain.com and also the SSL enable with the force https redirect enable.

But if i type manually on the browser the url with www, it does not redirect and shows a insecure ssl message.
How to fix this?

Let's Encrypt provisioning is opportunistic. If at the time the certificate was issued the non-www had its DNS set but www did not, the issued SSL would only cover non-www. If www now points to your server, request a new Let's Encrypt from the "security" tab of the website and it will fix your problem.
