I personally think in the tech world it's.. way too hard to sit there and try to get some big assurances. If anything any company that sits there publishing such plans usually is a scam lol.
It's like when questioning someone and they have too many good answers, you start to question it...
It's software + technology.
You use it till it dies, always have your OWN contuinity plan and be ready to transfer over if necessary.

There is nothing wrong with having a few disgruntled clients/members like @gmakhs, he pushes, abuses, complains and nags and remembers everything. More importantly he is still here, and still fighting to get a better product. At the end of the day he wants what we all want, he's just a bit more angry.
It's also always good to see how companies treat the disgruntled customers 😃
I for one don't deal with companies who publicly support genocide, threaten their customers or publicly attack their competition.
This company may be run by 2-3 people but.. but Adam is definitely a secret quantum computing AI agent.
