Email sending limit per package

Currently, Enhance only allows a global hourly email limit, applied equally to all accounts.

It would be very useful to have the option to configure the hourly email sending limit per package, instead of globally.

Benefits:

Fair resource allocation: smaller packages with lower limits, business packages with higher limits.
Better protection against abuse and SPAM without penalizing all users.
Improved IP reputation by controlling bulk senders individually.
Clear commercial differentiation between hosting plans.
Competitive advantage compared to other panels that already offer this feature.

This flexibility would give providers more control and create a better balance between security and usability.

The current limit is useless.

It doesn't permanently block sending or notify me of spam.

I've requested that they add a permanent block for email inboxes if the hourly limit is exceeded and provide the option to adjust the hourly limit individually by inbox or domain.

I agree with you — the current global hourly limit is too restrictive on one hand and ineffective on the other, since it doesn’t permanently block abuse or provide proper notifications.

That’s why a per-package limit (as suggested) and even a per-domain or per-mailbox limit (as you propose) would make the system much more useful. Ideally, Enhance could combine both approaches:

Package-level control: allows providers to differentiate commercial plans and fairly allocate resources.
Domain/mailbox-level control: provides precision in dealing with abuse, ensuring one compromised account doesn’t affect the whole package.
Permanent blocking & notifications: essential to act quickly against SPAM and protect IP reputation.

With these features, Enhance would move from a “one-size-fits-all” limit to a flexible, layered protection model, balancing security and usability much better.
