I tried cPFence before but uninstalled it a long time ago. Today, I can't login to my website (wrong password). But I do not change it and use Lastpass to manage my passwords. I tried few times and get the error above.

cPFence still somewhere on the system and locked my IP. How to completely remove it?

Just remove the cPFence MU plugin file from the wp-content/mu-plugins/ directory.

If you followed the uninstallation instructions back then, it should have been removed automatically.

appfinderly Cpfence installs a lost of undocumented staff, which are never removed during uninstall, i tried it and then wanted to just change server, and once i realized that i just trashed it, and never plan to use it again
