Possible Bug: Website Filters Not Working in Customer Profile View

I believe this might be a bug in the Enhance control panel.

When accessing Websites as an administrator, the filters work correctly — we can select one or more servers and the websites are listed accordingly.

However, when entering a customer’s profile (even without assuming their identity) and trying to use the same filters to see which sites that customer has on a specific server, the filters simply do not work. The list doesn’t change at all.

So far, I haven’t seen anyone mention this issue, so I’m not sure if it’s an isolated case.
Can anyone confirm if the same thing happens on their installation?

This is not a bug it is by design, the customer does not, and should not have access to the SERVERS list to begin with. The customer should only have access to their websites, whichever server they may be on. But to give them access to SERVERS etc. you're just asking for tickets ot be opened 😃

If we assume the customer’s identity, then yes — the filter does not appear, and that behaviour makes perfect sense.

The issue is that without assuming the customer’s identity, the filter does appear in the panel, but it simply does not work. In other words, the behaviour is inconsistent: the filter is visible, but it doesn’t apply any filtering at all.

Thanks for sharing webdig, the 'Servers' filter is incorrectly showing during customer impersonation. I've logged in directly as a customer and can confirm this is not visible to end users.

A fix will be released in an upcoming release.
