It'd be very helpful for those who manages corporate clients that requires sometimes to just restrict some email ids instead of deleting to preserve the data of that email id but to restrict access to employee to that id..
We use this actively for our clients who are on cpanel and using emails..
Following restrictions must be there:
Receiving Incoming Mail
Suspend/Allow
Sending Outgoing Email
Suspend/Allow
Logging In
Suspend/Allow
