@prasad0889 Ok i understand, I would take it a bit further then. I would love to be able to edit the individual resources located on a user level. I have for example users that run 50 mailboxes with a total amount of 200GB mail, now i must create a separate package for every user which have a different mailbox of webspace size, i would prefer to be able to override it on a userlevel.

We do have an open feature request for this - the planned functionality is the ability to override any package feature on an individual subscription with a custom value.

When a package is updated, you will have the option to reset any applicable overrides or leave the overrides as they are.

Adrien You might have to manually update it on Upmind! Or you might run the Get Info tab to get the latest resources allocated.
But I am unsure if Upmind will be able to change the invoices accordingly or not. We will have to talk with Upmind related to it!

      prasad0889 Thank you Prasad.

A complete guide on Enhance <--> Upmind integration to understand what are precisely the limitations and what we shouldn't do which will break syncing would really help right now.

I'm not very clear for example how the communication between both systems work when:

      • Customers modify their profile in Enhance/Upmind
      • Do manual package upgrades inside Enhance affect Upmind?
        etc...

I have like a dozen of cases where I'm not sure what will happen exactly.

Team, I would suggest that all the options in the package should be over-rideable as it will also allow us to sell custom packages as per the user requirement.

@Adam, Do you have any ETA for this feature?
We also do want all the fields to be editable if we are over-riding the client package.

No ETA at the moment. We're going to add some of these smaller features to the roadmap soon.

PradeepC I'm afraid not. However package overrides on a an individual subscription basis is a popular request so we hope to roadmap it shortly. As soon as I have an update around this feature I will share it on this thread.

      a year later

Any update on the overrides thing? We sell Enhance powered VPS and Dedicated Servers, and each client requires different number of enhance accounts. Creating different packages for each customer is just not feasible anymore. We already have tens of packages because of this. Would really like this overrides thing to be live soon.

PradeepC the best way now for you would be to create mini panel with app that connects via API and manage the packages there. Like duplicating and changing options with features and settings you need.

E.g. we have custom admin panel where the package is json object and when user buys hosting or vps, it creates the package in enhance.

We are able to let users add more storage, RAM or CPU per package because they have their own.

PradeepC well, we have 6 uniques ones. The plan is currently to have 10-15 I believe to make copies from.

But at this point I can see in the enhance listing - we have around 400 generated ones from our admin panel based on 2-3 original packages.

sikmo That's a lot of packages that you have. We too have around 200, and it is becoming a PITA type situation for us. If the team were to add the Enhance accounts and customers to the override settings that they currently have, the problem would be sorted.

PradeepC correct. But change is not on roadmap under development and there are so many things in approved that I would bet this specific feature is not in near future for DEV. I, of course, can be wrong.

sikmo I know that this hasn't been on roadmap for a long time, and might have been lost with @Adam and @Aliysa_Enhance. Seems like a lot of important stuff has been lost in the posts. But these are things, which are becoming a bit bigger for us now as we have grown with VPS and dedicated customers who love Enhance compared to cPanel, and managing each customer with a separate plan steals the automation.
