How to configure Enhance + upmind?

alexandre I think you should contact support because since it's your initial setup, I'm not sure what could be the cause.

This error message means that there are no available application servers. This is either because placement is disabled on all your app servers or that the app servers have been assigned as dedicated servers to other customer subscriptions.

As I don't want to create a new thread regarding upmind.
I'm currently in the phase of migrating customers to upmind.(I might regret this decision..)

Anyways, 3 customers done, and the errors are flying around my ears.
Somehow I can't link existing hosting accounts to customers.

So I thought let's create a completely new account, and nope yet again just provisioning erros.

Anyone else received these? If yes, what did you do to fix it 🙂?

Machiel92 I'm having errors. It seems something to do with their implementation. I opened a ticket with them. Maybe you can do the same.

I already opened a ticket.

It worked yesterday and now it's failing. I'm getting the same internal provision provider error.
It doesn't matter what you do, existing customer or completely new customer. Just doesn't work :/

I have literally just submitted a ticket as getting Create Account: Internal provision provider error from upmind, but with zero way to troubleshoot.

I did get a 404 error and that was because in Upmind, when editing the configuration product, you have to enter the OrgID which is found in Enhance, when you create the API token (this might help someone else with similiar)

Hi folks - forgot to update this thread. This is now working for me too. Important to note that in upmind, the org id against the provisioning item, has to be the orgid presented once you create the API token in enhance.

babylon Upmind sucks, BLESTA is better and cheaper and there is clientexec, whmcs etc..... all better.

For a small simple business, cost wise, yes. But many things are quite tedious to set up, and it can be hard to figure out what to change to make things work

If something doesn't work, you're out of luck, because development isn't really there. Basic Stripe with MC/Visa is ok. Support is very hit and miss. A quick initial reply doesn't mean anything about follow up replies or whether your issue can be fixed at all.

gmakhs completely disagree, upmind has a lot over blesta including migration, domain register/domain management, support area and a lot more. Their downside is it is closed source and more difficult to create modules for. We still use whmcs, but we run upmind in the background to monitor progress, clients prefer upmind over all the system you mention, but features aren’t quite there.

psybox To be honest you're wrong, Blesta does have support area baked in out the box and Knowledge base. As for Registrar/domain management it's just a module away as far as I understand - due to needing to know which vendor(s) you're using. There's also tools for migrating from WHMCS for example... So none of these points you raised are true.

I am very new to my Blesta setup, but I instantly see you're wrong on most these points.

Upmind is closed source, slow on updates/tickets and hasn't gained the best reputation on here... which is why I waited sometime before choosing a panel and Blesta was the best value for money, also, being backed by Philips was another selling point for choosing one over another. The only thing I see going for Upmind is it's pretty... Nothing themes can't fix with Blesta.

Rich Blesta even comes with a page builder and the enhance module supports choosing servergroup during order, open code most of it so you can tweak the hell out of it and owned licenses .....What else can you askfor!

I know I’m not wrong, I have done migrations to all of the vendors mentioned. Blesta whmcs never worked correctly and did not get resolved. Client accounts getting credits, invoicing not billing correct amounts, lots of stuff. Things like domain management, blesta doesn’t import correctly and was unusable (specifically RC) and is known, but that is seen as an RC issue and not the software.

For whmcs migration, upmind and clientexec were 100% accurate which is phenomenal.

I’m not beating on blesta, but feature wise it is lacking compared to upmind. Although blesta.club I think is making great inroads with that regard.

psybox Ok migration might not be perfect and i never used it so i can't tell, but Blesta is better than upmind, and i will tell you a point.

If upmind goes to pot you wont have the option to migrate neither you own your data, also if they get any server issue etc, you are losing sales and you have no control over it... all that with a support teams that sucks and a product that is made to do all but nothing perfectly while is charging you per client... ALL other options are just better

gmakhs I am still slowly working Blesta out, but I do love it's open code... Lets me make modules that don't exist... I have a few requirements that will need tweaking.

gmakhs I think we will agree to disagree. You can also get your data from upmind, it’s slightly obtuse, but certainly possible. As I said, we still use whmcs because there is currently no other solution that fits our business, but after extensive testing upmind is the closest. Each to their own 🙂

psybox Of course, I went theme hunting and there is barely a dozen themes in total for Blesta... WHMCS, has more themes than I can count, just on themeforest alone. It's clearly the winner in terms of adoption.

I am glad you shared that your import into Blesta didnt work for you as expected. Sharing helps us all become informed.

At the end of the day it what fits for our own businesses that matters. 🙂
