I would say:
For customers or providers, is this forum, just like Cpanel forum or DA Forum, a lot of feedback and news almost every day. As new updates come, and new features are launched, more feedback and discussion will have it's place.
For enhance, they may do a live every X amount of time, just like CloudLinux does, i have been in several of their lives, doing questions.
More stuff i think can be done when the userbase of Enhance grows bigger, it would be bad to have too many places to discuss or chat about the panel, and people distributed on them, and some of them may look like dead or abandoned.
