digitalexpanse None of these are even remotely at capacity, as we've found it near impossible to scale in Enhance due to missing features like real staging and the ability to restore to any server. If these existed today, we'd be golden.

I am curious what hosting panel are you using at the moment that offers the functionality you are describing? I am sure it is not cPanel 🙂, Or is it more like you have the above as a wish list or an incentive to migrate to enhance ? 🙂
I do like these guys, and they are doing a great job. Considering the size of the company, I think there are always clients that use the opportunity to get what they want, and that is not a bad thing, but at the same time, clients like myself use caution in asking for new features when Core or Active software still needs care and bug fixing.
A few examples are:
All bugs found to date (we need this done to be able to function as a business)
WHMCS proper integration (for now, it is a pain and incomplete) (we need this done as for now we have to create documentation for the client on how to use it) (without billing, We can not sell, if we do not sell we do not make the Cash 🙂 )
Documentation (you know how many times I had to train clients on how enhance is to be used)
1 person from enhance team should dedicate full time to write some proper documentation for the end-user (all of us would win out of this)
It is a trap to keep starting new functionality but not finish the Core ones.
Do not get me wrong, but if you asked me, I would put stagging or other things somewhere at the end of the list 🙂 But again, Enhance Team really do their best, and I am sure they will try to squeeze in some features and get them done working overtime. (i hope will not be a death trap)
Regarding scaling, Enhance is the next level compared to Cpanel. Regarding server scaling and adding new servers in the environment, each can be on different hardware etc.
Here is cPanel: https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/roadmaps/cpanel-cloud-edition-roadmap/
