Use client's preferred language for communications and app installs

Please consider these, regarding language preference:

Send system emails in client's preferred language (Password reset emails and so on).
Install apps (WordPress) in the client's preferred language. I believe this would also allow the system to send the WordPress successful installation email in their language.

mendozal It would also be nice if clients could enter a configuration mode on first login or on first SSO so they can choose their language, dark or light mode an other things.
