Hey Enhance Team,
Hope you're all doing great! Just wanted to share a little thought, not to be critical, but as a fellow Enhance enthusiast.
When features get cooked up without user feedback, it can lead to quite a bit of back-and-forth. Noticed this trend with things like:
- The Staging site
- The cloning feature
- The Canva plugins (including the Yoast and WordFence extras)
- And the new kid on the block, Redis.
So, how about taking a little detour? What if you dive into user feedback before diving into development? And a little heads-up about your development plans BEFORE is a must. This way, Enhance can whip up solutions that actually jive with what we users really need. You'll save time and resources, and we'll all have a smoother ride.
Waiting till after development for feedback? Kind of like a time drain, plus it often means major changes. Instead, what if you loop us in on those Roadmap items that haven't had much chatter? We share our thoughts on how we'd like things to roll, BUT you fill us in on your plans first:
- Firewall management and user interface
- Notifications center
- Immunify360 support
- Email queue management interface
- Node.js support
That being said, I've noticed the Enhance Team really embracing the community these past 6 months. Love how you're shifting gears to put us users front and center, rather than assuming you've got it all figured out just because you've rocked the hosting scene for 15 years.
Alright, back to reality. Been diving into Enhance CP every day since last year's end, and it's easily my top tool in the arsenal.
Take care.
