cPFence I think the desire, at least as I read it, is to be able to leverage the usefulness of Enhance backups, but choose different backup schedules by package.
So package A, in addition to lower storage, might be backed up weekly with one month's retention; whereas your top of the line package is backed up hourly with a year's retention.
Just pulling numbers out of my butt, but backup frequency, like storage space, WAF availability, or number of domains hosted can be a differentiator between different different packages.
