Nope. In fact a lot of people say cloudflare protects scammers because you can report a scam or illegal site and they will say "we don't host it talk to the host no we can't tell you who hosts it" But at the end of the day its a coorperation. If credit card / banks say they have to censor x or else they will do it.
That said I've always been ready to jump ship and we roll dedicated servers.
Yup never be dependant on any single provider. Always have an alternative.
They are based of Slovenia I believe. They allow adult content which in my experience is usually a good sign. A provider that is totally fine with adult content (legal obviously) usually won't censor anything that's legal.

MojoHost won't censor unless its illegal. They are very diehard on this topic. In fact they are sponsoring a lawsuit against the recent laws requiring age verification on adult sites. A LOT of adult sites, including extremely sketchy ones, are hosted by them. Adult streams use them too because their network is quite good and stable.
