Hello, I have installed the first server now and it's a little confusing to me.
Can I move the panel to a different Server? On my test setup with a 500GB Partition the usage is already at 46GB without using dns or mail or anything else.

The documentation recommends 40GB. Maybe a small setup recommendations for Panel, Mailserver and Webserver would be great. Is the panel server filled with logs fast?

I have entered the URL login.webhoster.cloud for the installation in order to install the administration portal there.
Now a phpmyadmin.login.webhoster.cloud for phpMyAdmin and a webmail.login.webhoster.cloud for webmail were automatically created and additionally a website "webhoster.cloud".

The URLs cannot be changed to e.g.: webmail.webhoster.cloud.

I had to delete the URLs and create them again.

Somehow there's also a problem with Letsencrypt. The limit is being exceeded. Is it possible that a script is already running for the domains, which constantly tries to issue the certificates? Here it would be advisable to check the requests so that you don't exceed the limit if, for example, there is no DNS record for the subdomain.
The staging domain is not described there either. You could also simply use staging.(domain) for the end customer, or display an option for the customer in which he chooses the name himself. Otherwise, you may very quickly reach a Letsencrypt limit if everything runs via the panel domain.

We're working on a feature which will enable you to migrate the control panel role to another server in your cluster. At the moment the best way to move it is a block level replication of the hard disk.

This is not normal. Base o/s plus Enhance should be around 18GB. Is there definitely nothing else installed on the system?

They can. Go to the "domains" tab for the webmail website, add the new domain there and click "..." them "make primary". There is a small UI bug with changing them from the "platform settings" section of the panel, this will be fixed in the next update.

Let's Encrypt runs on each app server in an async scheduler. It performs a preflight check and will not attempt to request a certificate via Let's Encrypt for a domain if the DNS is not resolving correctly or if the website is disabled. Additionally there is a progressive backoff; the delay (in minutes) before attempting a let's encrypt is the square of the number of previously failed attempts. Therefore a newly added domain will have a lot of attempts very quickly but a domain which has existed without the DNS being pointed will not be attempted for a long time. We then provide an option in the control panel to manually request.

Can you tell us the exact error message you're seeing please?

The usage view is 45,54GB from 481,69GB in the enhance panel inside the panelserver but in the list of servers 45,54GB of 527,23GB. Maybe it's incorrect. df -h shows 18G usage from 489G / partition.

I found the problem with the LE certs. The exact error is: SSL error: MaxAttemptsExceeded.

I think there is no ipv6 configuration in enhance now? My subdomains had ipv6 enabled. After removing ipv6 from the dns it worked. ipv6 should work asap together with the ipv4 or ipv6 only. I see it's on the roadmap. google likes ipv6 more than ipv4.

Yes I found it with the domain change. Thank you. I think there is a bug, the previous path is not deleted in /var/www/acme-challenge/....

I'll continue to install a web, dns and mailserver for the cluster =)

It could be that a partition is being counted twice, maybe if it's bind mounted somewhere? 18GB sounds more correct. If you would like us to investigate please send a support ticket.

It sounds like Let's Encrypt were attempting the validation via ipv6 and hitting the old server which obviously couldn't answer with the correct challenge response.

If you are using 3rd party DNS, you can update the AAAA record to the ipv6 address of your server rather than removing it and your websites will work on ipv6. The official ipv6 support makes Enhance aware of the ipv6 address of each so it can automatically add the correct AAAA records, if you are using Enhance for DNS (or CloudFlare with the Enhance integration).
