Under Settings > Packages, there is a section for "Pre-install plugins", we have 3 choices. Litespeed cache, yoast and Wordfence.
I have a request to have the ability to add plugins we want.
Or if you can at least get one more to the list that would be good too,
I found a caching plugin I want to add to every WP install called Surge (https://wordpress.org/plugins/surge/)
