Ability for end users to create unlimited mailboxes from a set quota

Hi, I need to clarify something about dynamic email mailboxes.

Suppose I set

Number of Mailboxes: Unlimited
Mailbox type: Dynamic
Maximum dynamic mailbox size to, let's say 10Gb

Does it mean customers can create Unlimited 10Gb accounts?, or that they can create unlimited accounts with sizes that don't add up to 10Gb total?

My ultimate goal is to give them some space (suppose 10Gb) and that they can create mailboxes with custom sizes but without going over 10Gb total (I'm not talking about enforcing limits, but the quotas).

Is that currently possible? Maybe if not, this could turn into a feature request, and have Enhance check if a new mailbox goes over their total quota so it can block it's creation.

This is correct.

It's not possible yet to offer a x total that a user can freely split between mailboxes. I'll switch this thread to a feature request so that we can gauge the popularity of the functionality.

Aliysa_Enhance I would also prefer to be able to give a mail quota per hosted domain, and then allow the end-user to figure out what size email boxes they want. If we give them 20G, they could have as many email addresses and could set each to whatever they want, but the whole of used space cannot be greater than 20G. I would be fine if this had to be refined to making sure the assigned quota totals did not go over the allotment. If they setup additional users that go over the quota, a clear notice should slow them down.
