webquest You can create your own container alongside docker. It won't cause any issues but it will not show up in the docker UI. Best you could do is an apache "site" that acts as a reverse proxy to ur custom container if you want to see traffic.
In other words there would be no way to manage wagtail via the enhance UI. If you modified a template you might get it working but it won't be reliable and persist through updates.
