I agree. At this point, I have put my Plesk migrations on temporary hold, since it is a pain to do it all by hand, particularly with customer dns entries and mail accounts.
We are placing all new customers on Enhance, and the overall feedback is positive. Some of the normal "how do I do x..." We are not doing a lot of videos or FAQ just yet, since the interface changes that come with new features in the next couple of months (hopefully) might change things.
The largest inconvenience we receive complaints about multiple times a week is that there is no simple interface method to see logs (either for admin, nor customer).
So, I patiently wait for the Plesk import - even a rudimentary one to begin... and the ability for customers and admins to be able to use the interface to see logs (and hopefully live logs at some point).
